I recently ordered from your takeaway, expecting a simple, correctly made pizza. Instead, what I received was a completely botched order, a rude and unprofessional response, and a meal that was overcooked and barely edible. I ordered a Chicken Tandoori Pizza with no peppers, replaced with sweetcorn—a straightforward request. Your own menu clearly states that this pizza includes red onions and green chilli by default. However, what I received was just chicken and sweetcorn—missing key toppings. When I called to politely address the mistake, I spoke with Shabbir, who initially acknowledged the issue and offered a replacement next time. But then, shockingly, he called me back just to argue, insisting that I should have ordered a different pizza (Chicken Tandoori Desi Style) to get the toppings that are already listed under the normal Chicken Tandoori Pizza. How does that make any sense? Rather than admitting a clear mistake, he chose to argue instead of listening, deny responsibility despite clear evidence, and imply that I was at fault even though I had ordered exactly as your menu described. This level of arrogance and unprofessionalism is absolutely unacceptable. If your staff cannot handle a simple correction without turning it into an argument, then I have no interest in ever ordering from you again. To make matters worse, the pizza was rock hard and overcooked—completely unenjoyable. It’s clear that not only do you lack proper customer service, but you also struggle to make a basic pizza correctly. It’s a real shame because under the previous owner, this place was welcoming and reliable. Now, under new management, the service has clearly gone downhill. I won’t be returning, and I’ll make sure others are aware of the disgraceful service, careless mistakes, and subpar food quality. You had the chance to fix your error professionally, but instead, you doubled down and argued with a paying customer. That tells me everything I need to know about how little you care about service. I suggest you train your staff on customer service, accuracy in food preparation, and basic decency—because based on this experience, your business clearly lacks all three. Extremely disappointed.

The food is generally good, but the large mixed kebab isn't what anyone would call 'large'.

The Staff at Raja’s Peri Peri are very helpful, and the shop looks spotlessly clean and the food…..well that is of restaurant quality I ordered 2 Pizzas for myself and a friend, who had made a surprise visit with me, not known what to eat we decided on Pizza, I’m so glad we did, but even happier we chose Raja’s the Pizzas seemed to be freshly made from scratch Unfortunately there is only 5 stars above or I’d have given them 10/10
